Erratum: JAAVSO Volume 35, Number 1, page 317: Because of a production error, the author's biographical statement did not appear in the printed copy. The omitted text is as follows: "Tom Williams retired after a career in the petrochemical industry to study the history of astronomy. He is interested in the institutional history of astronomy in the nineteenth and twentieth centuries as well as the history of amateur astronomy, and serves as a senior editor of the forthcoming Biographical Encyclopedia of Astronomers. Tom is a former AAVSO president."
