2004: A Good Year for Bright Supernovae (Abstract)

Abstract

2004 was a good year for bright supernovae. At least two of these exploding stars could be observed using modest-sized equipment. This paper is presented to encourage more members of the AAVSO to contribute observations using visual, PEP, and CCD observations.
