Proposal

Hi, I'm Sauro Gaudenzi, my observer code is GSAD, following the AAVSO 854 alert I ask for the use of a telescope to observe AB Aurigae. Dr. Biddle calls for continuous coverage throughout the HST range to allow correlation with HST data.

Photometry is required and observers are asked to focus mainly on the period 1-6 March (and to continue coverage until at least the end of March). As with all HST observations, a positive magnitude V is required 24 hours prior to the scheduled time of the observations for final approval of the observations. I would also ask for 3 to 5 observations to be made per night with filters B and V and to be distributed more or less equally over time over the course of the night. I leave it to the team to decide the duration of the exposures

If there are problems for the first week, we can also start from March 6 onwards until the end of March

Sauro, we already have projects covering this particular target. It is a good idea to check the target list at https://app.aavso.org/aavsonet/targets/ before submitting a proposal.
