Proposal | Proposer: Dave Hinzel (HDHA) I would like to observe blazar 4C 31.03. Please set up the appropriate telescope(s) with V, R, B, I filters. I would like 2x60 second exposures and 1x120 second exposures for each photometric band if possible. Please start as soon as possible and continue through March 1, 2023. I would like nightly images, weather and telescope availability permitting. Thank you. |
Target | RA (H.HH) | Dec (D.DD) | Magnitude | Telescope | Observation Frequency | Expiration Date | Proprietary Term |

Really only wanted until Mar 1, 2023?
Committed to mpo61.
I submitted this proposal on February 12. I didn't realize it would take this long to go thru the process, hence the March 1st cutoff date.. This is my first proposal to AAVSOnet so I wasn't sure how the process worked.
We lost a few days because I missed an email from Sebastian. But most of us are volunteers and have constraints to work around. I don't see any problem extending the cutoff date.
Dave: Pick a date based on your objective. We'll tell you if there is an issue!
Let's try for the above observations thru March 15, 2023. Based upon my simulations with Stellarium, it looks like the observation window is only about 1 hour and rapidly closing. Again, this is my first proposal to AAVSOnet, so this is all a learning experience. Thanks.
Dave
