Dear Sir / Madam ,
I am an AAVSO member since 2018 and an AAVSO AMBASSADOR from India.
I have been very much impressed by the email from AAVSO- AAVSO
Communications: what's new in September! . From that email, I came to
know that “ September's featured variable is Delta Cephei in Cepheus.
“ and about the observing campaign of “ V338 Boo “ under the Short
Period Pulsators section.
I would like to find out the photometric measurement of these ccd
images using the
VPhot package of AAVSO and upload that photometric measurements of the
above Cepheid and RR Lyrae to AID.

After that I would like to re-study the present time of maximum light
of Delta Cepheid and V338 Boo using Vstar involving my students under

For this study I would like to get ccd images using Bright Star Monitor
(BSM) of AAVSOnet section only for this month (September-2022).

Hope you will guide me in this regard.
With regards,
Pradip Karmakar

Here I have got the following information of the targets from VSX.

1) del Cep
Variability type: DCEP
VSX: RA: 22 29 10.27 DEC +58 24 54.7 (337.29279 +58.41519)

Period: 5.366266 d
Spectral type: F5Ib-G1Ib
V Mag. Range: 3.49 - 4.36 V

2) V0338 Boo
Variability type: RRD
VSX: RA 15 46 26.14 & Dec: +44 18 47.2 (236.60892 +44.31311)
Spectral type: --
V Mag. Range: 12.49 - 13.22 V
Period: 0.494047 d (11.8571 h)

CCD observations: Yes, I would like to avail CCD coverage.
DSLR observations: No. I would not like to avail DSLR coberage with BGR filters.
Visual observations: No. I would not like to avail visual observation coberage.
Filters: I would like to avail CCD observations using Johnson V (if possible).

Comparison and Check stars: I would like to get help about the
sequence for this target from the Sequence Team.
Submitting observations: I would like to get the images ( bias and
dark corrected and flat filded) in my VPhot account, so that I can do
the photometry of those images (.fits OR .fit format) using VPhot. I
am very much eager to use Vphot for the photometric measurement.

Target RA (H.HH) Dec (D.DD) Magnitude Telescope Observation Frequency Expiration Date Proprietary Term

Dear Sir,
By mistake I had also divided DEC by 15 of my target stars.
Here are the correct R.A. and DEC:

del Cep
RA 22.486186
DEC +58.41519

V0338 Boo
RA 15.773928
DEC +44.31311
