Hello
I'd need some observations in I filter for this star for about 5 hours. Also if it's possible i need a spectra for it. The star was discovered with me and a collaborator using our own data in B and V. We want I data to show the chromaticity for educational purposes and to better calculate the period. The spectra is needed to confirm the Lambda Bootis character of this star. Also, monitoring should be considered in case of possible eclipses or other side events.

The VSX entry shows B and V data of amplitude 3-4%. There appears to be no difference in amplitude between B and V, so it is unclear how I data would help you better understand this star. Is the 5-hour request based on a preliminary period? A 5 or 10 hour period with the light curve shape and amplitude, along with a lack of color variation is suggestive of a low inclination W UMa variable. Such a system would have little scientific value.

Hi
The 5 hours data is needed to have a longer timeline for the observations. The period is around 72 minutes. The variable star is a DSCT, but again, to confirm this we need the I band data to show the chromaticity. The chances are high that's a DSCT because of the period and spectral type.
Also, it's normal that at the presented scatter, B-V index is hard to measure.
