Survey stars. The data will go to the AAVSO data base.

As this is just a switch in ownership of an existing project, I don't see any need for the committee to review it. I'll just set it to accepted.

PEX already asked for this target (proposal 133). MSD asked as proposal 134 I created a plan for it on BSM_Berry and BSM_S. I will make different proposer for each scope so they can both submit specific data from different scope.
